Depending on which of our services you are using, you could be asked to provide personal information, or your customer's information. If you are providing us information, or your customer's information, that information will be used within the guidelines of the specific project and for the specific purpose requested. The information provided will not be distributed to anyone except the original information provider. If you choose that we forward specific information to third parties, those parties must have privacy practices that are consistent with the principles established within this policy and with whom Phastlink believes can be promoted. All of our partners help contribute towards many of our services and therefore it is our goal to keep all information safe and secure.

Although highly unlikely, Phastlink may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. If requested by law enforcement or judicial authorities, we will provide this information upon receipt of the appropriate documentation.
